Clarified concentrated mango juice is made from ripe, fresh, high-quality mango fruit with no visible signs of disease, together with auxiliary substances permitted in the food industry (enzymes, clarifying agents). The juice is a viscous, almost transparent liquid with a rich taste and aroma. No foreign impurities, odours or aftertastes are permitted.
